Very nicely restored hotel in a small town surrounded by woods and parks and a golf course. Modern with a teist, confortable and super clean. They really tried to think of everything, even with a family/game room (relax room), snack station. Keep in mind that is is self checking - but very conveniently organised. Breakfast is well taken care of, great service and dedication. After 13:00 there is no staff.

The hotel has comfortable beds. Staff serving breakfast was very friendly. We asked ahead of time if we can store bikes. They agreed but charged 10 euros per bike a day. We learned about the charges only after checking out and saw 200 euros for parking.

It was a unique place to stay. Beds were firm. Very firm. I have never complained about a bed being too firm until now but it’s still was better than a mushy one. Room was very uniquely shaped, ceilings had to be 18 ft high! Self check in was good. Breakfast not worth the 10€. Rooms were very cold but there were space heaters in bedrooms and bathroom. Daughter found leftover belongings from a previous guest. Overall not a bad stay for the money.

Has a feel of a converted office building. Was fine for a one night stay traveling, but would not book for ambience.

An exceptionally spacious and stylish room was one of the best features of this hotel. It is also equipped with a relaxing room for kids. Very modern and clean facilities were also satisfactory. The quiet small town around the hotel is enjoyable.

Great Family Stay
It is based in a beautiful castle, in a lovely village. The hotel is very clean, with good-sized rooms and very beautiful gardens surrounding it. The kids playroom is great however the breakfast average and breakfast room is very small.

Excellent hotel relaxed, quirky and thoughtful- not a huge amount available in the neighbourhood on a Sunday for our stay- did drive into Parma- but be careful as google maps does favour a very narrow road- we were able to avoid on return journey

Great hotel sadly staff weren't there!
Clean and beautiful rooms. Found in a castle courtyard the setting is stunning. Beautifully designed rooms with amazing features, coffee machine and bathroom all very good. Sadly our welcome was non existent and this really affected our stay. We arrived on a Sunday, when a huge market and festival was going on outside the hotel. We had received an email stating the time reception would be open. We planned our day around this and arrived when the reception was due to be open between 3-9pm. Sadly no one was there... Our keys were on the desk to collect, but no idea about where we could park our go for food that evening. It simply felt odd arriving and going to your room without speaking to anyone. We did find free parking but it was 300 metres away, not great with luggage. The booking said a free welcome drink... We didn't get that, but all we needed was a human being to welcome is and give us some guidance with parking and our two night stay a basic of customer service. Staff at breakfast were ok. The first day she was very grumpy and unfriendly. The second morning the lady was more friendly but no offer of a second coffee or if we needed anything else. We don't speak much Italian... But a smile guys a long way in any language. Cleaning was perfect... The rooms are lovely and we cannot fault that. We got room 203 which is directly above the breakfast room. Quiet for most of the day, however breakfast starts at 7am and it's noisy so don't expect to sleep in!

Loved everything about our stay. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Being a family of 6, we usually struggle to find something decent and affordable. But this was great value for money and extremely spacious. We loved it and considering coming back.
