We enjoyed this property a lot. Our room was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s located right at the center of everything. Thank you hotel El Monte!

I personally don’t recommend it is too old and destroyed no good for people traveling from USA or any other country it’s sad to say bad words about it,but it’s the true.

Decent for a night
Overall yes the Hotel needs updates, but honestly it is not as bad as other places. Cleanliness could and should be better, but it is possible that because of the pandemic there is limited help. Breakfast that was included was not that great and limited. Area around has sounds that might keep you awake like trains that pass by blasting their horns, church bell or other activity going on in the street (even though we had a room on the 7th floor).

Es bueno por su ubicación más sin embargo, hay muchos detalles, hay bichos (cucharachas), la habitación reservada al momento de tu llegar al hotel te entregan otra totalmente distinta sin los servicios con los que te la prometen.
