The hotel is very nicely decorated in a historic building. The room is very spacious and clean. A very comfortable bed. Unfortunatelly there was a slight smoke odor. The was a problem with the parking, they offer 2 spots for charging electric vehicles, however the hotel uses the spaces for non electric vehicles, although there were other spaces available. Very good breakfast

Massive bed and perfect comfort for a deep sleep. Great in-room coffee, rain shower head, excellent overall. Also the hotel is in a fantastic location, accessible to the main attractions and shopping area.

Gorgeous Hotel
Lovely hotel right in the middle of the ancient heart of Salamanca. The building itself is an historic building which has been repurposed tastefully as a hotel. The front of house staff are very friendly and helpful. One very small note of caution. The hotel's car park is very small and they don't take advance bookings. If you arrive significantly after check-in time it's unlikely you'll be able to park on-site. However, there serm to be other parking options relatively close by so really not a big problem.

Excellent location just a few steps from the cathedral, which we could even see from the window of our room. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old building, while the rooms are modern and comfortable. Parking was easy, as we just stopped right in front of the hotel and the staff parked for us while we checked in.

Renovated historic building. Nice size room and large, modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, efficient staff. Was a bit warm in room and could not adjust thermostat below 18 C; however, opening window to let in cool air solved issue (somewhat noisy at times). With window closed, no street noise).

Salamanca was just a stopping point for us in our way to Madrid. I am SO glad we did. This little walkable city was one of my favorite places in our 3 weeks of Spain and Portugal. I can’t say enough about the NH Collection Salamanca! It’s old but beautiful and the staff is top notch! The location can’t be beat and breakfast was great! We definitely hope to make it back for more than one night.

A beautiful building in a stunning location. Our room faced the convent and the view was wonderful. The room was large, well appointed and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good but sadly the tea and coffee arrangements weren’t that easy with him t water in a jug to make tea. Parking was expensive.

This is a lovely hotel. The front entrance however is not handicap accessible so be advised (there may be an entrance in the rear which is handicap accessible so I would check). The parking is in the rear of the hotel and a staff member parks your car--very, very nice.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city
Very nice hotel in a perfect location. If you are there as a tourist you couldn’t pick a better situated hotel within walking distance to the tourist sites. Salamanca is a beautiful city as is the hotel. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in October, there was a delay in getting the heat on when it turned cold but it was resolved within a day.
