Relaxation with amazing views
It was very quiet & relaxing. The view is amazing, the beach is about a 5 min walk. They have a larger pool & jacuzzi. The food was great! I really enjoyed my stay there.

When we got there the place was in repairs, in other words the place was closed. But the error was that we never got a notification from no one including Expedia. It was a terrible experience!

Es bonita a la vista y muy tranquila aunque en algunas partes require de manteninimiento. El personal hace todo lo posible por atender y cubrir las necesidades, son muy amables. La comida no es buena para los precios que manejan, no hay variedad y tardan mucho. Aun así el lugar se disfruta porque las playas son bonitas.

las instalaciones están bien pero tienes que accesar por un camino de trerraceria que solo entra con vehículo tipo camioneta, no tienen las ameninades que ofrecen en la pagina de café o te en la habitación, solo te dan dos botellas de agua como bienvenida, no hay acceso a la playa por parte del hotel porque esa playa esta llena de rocas, tienes que caminar hacia otra playa que se llama Salchi, francamente no me volvería a hospedar en ese lugar

Que está lejos, sin señalizaciones, camino de terracería para llegar, dice que incluye desayunos, éramos 4 y solo dos iban incluidos (cosa que no especificaron) y cada uno cuesta 600 pesos si lo quieres. El hotel es bonito pero el que tarden también en servirte demerita la atención, de ahí la comida tenía buen sabor.

El lugar está excelente si buscas desconectarte. Hay que tomar en cuenta que está alejado de restaurantes o tiendas y la ciudad más cercana está a unos 40mn

Excelente lugar, atención e inigualable vista
Excelente lugar, el mejor en el que nos hemos hospedado, la vista hacia el mar es maravillosa e inigualable, la habitación super cómoda considerando la cama, ropa de cama, muebles. La habitación cuenta con una alberca privada que te permite seguir disfrutando de la hermosa vista al mar. El hotel también cuenta con una alberca de excelente tamaño y profundidad. Los alimentos son deliciosos y servidos en excelente porción. El trato es de 10 de 10, el Sr. Alberto que está en recepción y Sr. Jorge que es el Chef, excelentes personas, excelente servicio. De manera particular olvidamos unas pertenencias y nos las resguardaron, así que es un lugar de confianza. Sin duda volveré a regresar, si aún estás dudando hospedarte ¡No lo hagas más! Te aseguro que no te arrepentirás.

El hotel esta muy bonito y la vista maravillosa, aunque le falta mantenimiento. La comida esta rica. Pero no hay personal suficiente para la atención a los huéspedes. Ofrecieron el servicio aeropuerto - hotel y se les olvidó recogernos, hasta que llamé y esperamos como 2 hrs en que fueran por nosotros. Las albercas están sucias. El camino para llegar es pura terracería y no hay señalamientos. Para ir a la playa son como 10 minutos caminando sobre terracería. Prometen cosas que no cumplen y el "gerente" del hotel habla mal del servicio, de su gente y del dueño. El costo de la habitación por noche, no lo vale, es caro. Lo venden como hotel 5 estrellas y no llega ni a 2. Solo funciona si quieres descansar y no salir para nada, llevando un mini super para los días que estes porque en el hotel no hay nada. Si la idea de hospedarte ahí, es para trabajar relajadamente, no funciona, no hay recepción de ninguna compañía y el internet no funciona, tienes que estar cazando la señal. Tienes que solicitar la limpieza de la habitación sino no la hacen, cuandpo la solicitamos el "gerente" contesto que no la hicieron porque no habíamos salido del hotel. En un hotel 5 estrellas, como lo quieren vender, aún estando ahí van y te preguntan si quieres limpieza. Y para pedir algo, tienes que ir a la cocina. Las 2 habitaciones que teníamos, no cerraban las puertas que daban al jardín, no existe ningún tipo de seguridad. Fue una mala experiencia, no volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar.No lo vale

la calidad del hotel no va en funcion del precio, la alberca privada sucia, falta mantenimiento en areas del hotel, la comida nada rica, los jabones y shampos de muy mala calidad, en los horarios recorridos contratados con el hotel de salida y llegada inpuntuales, una muy mala experiencia jamas regresaria
