East Portlemouth Home close to the beach

Our 3 bedroom home is located just 200m from the beaches of East Portlemouth and a short boat trip from the popular town of Salcombe. Perfect for lovers of the outdoors, close to the coast path and a short distance from Gara Rock and East Prawl's famous Pig's Nose Inn. Bring your outdoor toys and create your own adventures or relax amongst the local beaches and cafe's.

The space
This is our family home, not a holiday home, so is well loved and lived in. We are blessed to live in the beautiful village of East Portlemouth. Clean but not pristinely decorated with the usual home comforts (minus the T.V so bring your laptop if you can't live without screens).
If you love the outdoors this is the place for you. Enjoy our large garden with areas for eating, making pizza and relaxing around the fire. There is also a swing and trampoline that the children can play on.
Our two storey 3 bedroom house will sleep 4 comfortably and 5 with the use of the guest bed. Please contact me before booking with crawlers and toddlers as we are not baby proof and I want you to be able to make an informed decision before booking.

At present we have 1 chicken living in a pen in the back yard which will be cared for by myself or my neighbour or guests should they wish to.

There is also an aquarium of tropical fish in the small bedroom which should take care of itself. For visits over a week I may need to come in after a week to carry out a water change. This usually takes 30 minutes.

Guest access
All areas of the house are accessible apart from the loft room and sheds.

Other things to note
Parking is not directly outside the house. The house is accessed by footpath a few metres from the road.
Changeovers are on Saturdays.
You will need to bring your own towels for the beach.
