7 The Reach is a Luxury 3 bedroom apartment located right on the beach at South Sands sleeping up to 6 people in total comfort of stylish coastal chic.
Offering stunning sea views from two Juliette balconies, it's a paradise for beach lovers and guests can put their feet in the white sand and swim in the sea moments from the front door. In addition, the rear of the property has an enclosed west facing balcony, ideal for catching the evening sunset.

Professionally interior designed, the apartment sits on the third floor and is dual aspect overlooking South Sands Beach as well as the fields to the rear. Accessed from a private entrance for apartment owners the property can reached by elevator and stairs leading from the allocated parking space.

From a communal lobby you enter the property into a long hallway and the size of the apartment is immediately apparent. There's great storage for coats and shoes and it's flooded with light thanks to a glass door closing off the living area.

To the left is the open plan living/kitchen/dining space offering white walls, luxurious furnishings and natural wood finishes, giving it a sophisticated beach chic feel. The stylish kitchen has every modern accessory you need, with a state-of-the-art hob sunk into the worktop and looking out over the rest of the room. Features guests will love include instant boiling, chilled, and sparkling water available on tap and integrated wine fridge.
The comfy sofas & seating take full advantage of the views from the two Juliette balconies, whilst also giving access to the smart TV with sound bar. Meanwhile, the dining table can comfortably seat six people. There's also a handy utility with separate washer and drier.

The spacious Master suite sits at the rear of the property and features high ceilings over a Super King bed positioned to look out over the fields as well as it's own private balcony with rattan sofa to enjoy your morning coffee. There's also a dressing table and adequate storage. The master also features en suite bathroom features a bath with overhead shower as well as dual sinks.

The second suite features a Super King four poster bed with high ceilings, a flat screen TV and comfy love seat. Again there is generous storage. The second suite also has a large en suite bathroom with shower and dual sinks.

The third bedroom features 2 single beds and sits next to the family bathroom in the main hallway. Decorated in natural tones it's suitable for children or adults. Next to this room sits the family bathroom luxuriously finished with a bath, overhead shower and sink.

The apartment has its own dedicated parking space at the front of the property - which is a valuable commodity in and around Salcombe.

Paddleboards and Kayaks can be hired on the beach and guests can use the Restaurant and Bar at the Harbour Beach Club next door as well as enjoy discounted passes for the Luxury Spa, pool and gym (payable directly to the hotel and subject to availability).

Easter Hols at Southsands
Perfect location right by the beach. And very convenient for the restaurant and bar on the ground floor. The apartment is very well equipped indeed and essentially brand new. The parking space right outside is a real plus, but the locking bollard is broken. That’s the only negative.
