Ortschaft toll, Lage des Objekts oberhalb des Ortskerns ok. Preis daher ok.
FeWo leider nur wenig gereinigt. Küche und Bad selbst noch einmal geputzt. Alte Küche stinkt im Spülenbereich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher ok. Kommunikation mit Anbieter gut. Fenster, Zimmerecken und Spiegel schmutzig. Verbrauchtes Geschirr und Besteck. Alter Gasdurchlauferhitzer, daher wenig Warmwasserdruck an den Zapfstellen. Katzen und Hühner auf Anwesen. Alte Möbel.
