They lounge/lobby area was inviting, the rooms need to be remodeled and smelled badly. The bathroom was okay. I was happy to have goyten a good rate; however disappointed in the overall quality.

The key card would not work. I would have to get a new key to enter the room every day. The internet is essentially dial-up. If someone was using the same IP, another person could not use it. Staying overnight is feasible to save money, but no more than that.

Have had an excellent stay. Some debris near room outdoors, bedspread had a tear in it and was not replacement upon check-in. Sauna permanently closed. Other ammenities in good repair and enjoyed my stay.

It is so sad how horrible it has fallen. This once pretty great hotel has been completely trashed. Horrible. Absolutely ZERO internet! No towels in the pool area. Crack pipe in the doggie area. No extra lock on the door. No plugs by the bed. Light switch turns off the tv!!
