Upon arrival I was greeted by a lady with such incredible customer service, I wish I got her name so I could put it out here. She was very happy, friendly and informative about the area. Check in was a breeze and I was in my room within 10 minutes of pulling in.

The staff were friendly and engaging. The bed comfortable. 2 types of pillows available. Bathroom clean. Loved the Dive soap offerings. The convenience to the convention was wonderful. Less than a mile away. Breakfast was okay. Pancakes were flat. Coffee good though!

The property itself is well maintained and clean. The only thing about it that I didn’t like was the water which was very soft/slippery for some reason. What turned me off was the female front counter staff who was very condescending and rude. Won’t be returning purely because of her
