Hot Tub was out of service, A gatorade lid was on floor under table, swimming pool looked in poor condition, mismatched cushions on the loveseat, garbage under the cushions of loveseat, and let's not forget those barking dogs throughout the night. Breakfast needs to have better options. Almost $300 for only 2 nights is completely unacceptable for what I had to experience with my stay. Will not go back, nor recommend anyone staying at this location. Major disappointment for being a Red Lion Inn.

The staff was very helpful and courteous but the hotel is in need of updating. Hot tub was out of service, the carpet in my room had several stains as did the sofa, the curtain pull was broken, and the bathroom had holes from previous towel holders that were not repaired.

Ok stay
It was an ok stay for 1 night. We booked for a wedding nearby. The shuttle for the wedding was picking us up around 1:30 so when we got there around 1, I was really hoping to get checked in early. After accepting a room we didn't book just to get checked in early, the guy at the front desk told me there would be a $35 early check-in fee. I asked if the room totals would be the same but he said the price couldn't be reduced because I booked it via 3rd party. I then asked since it was only 2 hours and we're not getting the room we wanted could they waive the fee? He proceeded to act like he didn't hear me... I was already stressed out about getting in our room and ready in 30 mins that I just gave him my card. I understand early checkin policy but every hotel i've ever been to that I've tried to do early checkin, they have always been accommodating. I've never ever paid an early check-in fee especially when there was already a room available and it was a room we didn't even book. Definitely need to teach front desk a little bit more customer service skills.

Not bad, it just seems like red lion is not trying very hard here to make the facility excellent. Bed was comfortable. Tv channel selection was great. WiFi was ok. Staff was lovely! Elevator floor was gross and sticky, hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken off and not replaced, lock did not function well on the bathroom door. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but not what I was hoping for, and not what I’ve seen at other hotels. Towels were tiny. Corded desk phone from 1989 cut in and out while calling front desk.
