Good value, most staff switched-on and committed, only complaint is the noisy and slow elevators. Parking costs extra, walkable to Lowry Centre within 5 mins.

I have stayed at this hotel before with my dog, and I will return. The value is excellent, the rooms are clean and there is no disturbance such as traffic noise. Because I had my dog with me I was not allowed to eat in the breakfast room (of course), but the staff were very willing to bring me my breakfast to eat in the Reception/Bar seating. However one of the two lifts was out of order for the whole of our five day stay. Also Salford Quays is block paved, and outside of the hotel area some of the blocks have moved and are trip hazards. I recognise that it is not the hotel responsibility to make the blocks safe and even to walk on.

All was good very welcoming staff.. rooms are good but bathroom needs a bit more work tlc, as the flash was hard to use if needed several attempts to get it working. There were cobwebs in the bedroom.. Breakfast needs to have more variety, there were no eggs which is normally essentials.

The hotel its self was lovely the service was perfect and the breakfast in the morning was lovely and good options. It was a bonus that the parking was free of charge when we stayed to great little perk. The only small complaint we have was the room smelt musty.

perfect for families wanting to go to watch the man U game or just pop into Manchester city centre. Tram very near by, very convenient. hotel is simple but very nice. loved the breakfast, plenty of choice and very nice staff. Parked around 11am or so to make sure got a space. parking will get full on match days

Perfect for a night or two in Manchester
Friendly staff, good breakfast, generally very clean hotel and location excellent.Slighly marked down on bathroom, but then that’s a given in most hotels.Great parking.

Very convenient for Old Trafford. Very useful to have 24 hour desk and bar. Lots of local bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast time could be longer at weekends as demand was high & to avoid wait times. Staff could be provided with table clearing trolleys to improve speed & efficiency when clearing tables, instead of multiple trips back & forth to kitchen etc. parking at £7 a day an additional extra. Should be free considering the room rates
