Built in 2013, this bright townhome features elegant finishes and overlooks the Arkansas River. Live in style while you play in Salida. Walk out the door and you are just down the street from Salida's shops, cafes, galleries and Riverside Park.

This home features:
~An upper level master suite with queen bed, a lower level bedroom with a queen, and a loft area with a twin-over-full bunk bed
~A full-sized air mattress is provided to accommodate extra sleepers
~Both floors have a full bathroom (upstairs bath is in the master bedroom)
~Access to 1 car garage
~Warm and Inviting open Living/Dining/Kitchen, all professionally furnished
~Large Deck with Gas Grill overlooking the River
~Well-appointed Kitchen w/ upscale appliances
~Flat Screen TVs with Direct TV service

All Pinon homes are vacation ready with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Peaceful and accessible

Great property, clean and comfortable. Walkable to everything, food, shopping, biking, hiking. Right on the river. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Great location!

Great property with a great location. One thing to note is it’s not a true 3 bedroom, one of the rooms is separated by a curtain. I may have missed this detail but wasn’t ideal for our infant. But overall the place was great. Loved seeing the river right outside the window!

Great condo on the river

This condo was very nice with everything you would expect. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, great kitchen etc etc. the best thing about this place is the location. The arkansas river is right out the back door and it is a very short walk to downtown for great restaurants, shopping, playing in the river and events at riverside park.

Lovely stay in Salida

This place was great for our family of 5 and family dog. We skied and fished and hiked and ate well out or in. It’s a short walk to dog-friendly trails across the river, to dry fly fishing in town and to numerous good restaurants and shopping downtown. We hope to come stay again soon.

Great stay... great location...

Great location easy walk to downtown. Very responsive owners who checked in often. Clean home and property. Neighbors were very helpful. One even offered to return ski equipment because she said it was too dangerous to drive up during snowmageddon!!! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Location

This was a great spot for a weekend getaway with friends. Walking distance to downtown to get food and drinks. Easy drive to Monarch to ski. If you drive an EV, there are several chargers close by too. Check in/out process was easy.

Great Location in Solid

Nice Condo on the Arkansas River with easy walking distance (@.2mile) to downtown Salida for shopping and restaurants. Property clean and well prepared for our arrival with plenty of space to spread out. Great spot for dogs as well with easy access to the river.

A gem in downtown Salida

Such a gem of a property! A great location, walkable to anywhere downtown (we did not use our car at all in town). Well-furnished and well-equipped with all our family needed. Parking and access to the garage was a real plus. Proximity to the river was great too. We would rent again, no question.

Our stay was perfect! Just enough room for two families to stay and have room. We loved the location and proximity to downtown was perfect. The kids were able to easily ride bikes and we had a garage to store all our bikes and toys so they weren’t stuffed in our house. Would stay again. Theresa

Great location for weekend away

We had a great time overall. House was clean. Checkin was super easy. Didn’t realize the bunk bed was on a landing with a curtain instead of being in its own room, but for two nights and the excellent price it wasn’t a big deal. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was hard as a rock, but again, for the location, ease of check in and check out, and amenities it is doable. I’d just recommend putting an extra comforter on it and sleeping on top of that. We did it the second night which made it more doable. Overall we had a good stay.

A very nice stay in Salida

This unit was perfect for 2 couples. Very comfortable and clean. The location was A+! Located right next to the river with access to the walking path. A few short blocks walk into historic downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean with great access to downtown Salida

All processes and procedures were laid out in a clear manner. Property was very-well equipped and was comfortable for 6 adults. The property is located next to the river where you can not only hear the water flowing but watch rafters, kayakers, paddle boarders and hear multitudes of birds. A young buck also visited the yard on our first morning. We would visit again.
