We were please with the Baymont. The hotel was clean, in a desirable location. Room was very comfortable. All staff we came in contact with was friendly and professional.

First off, staff was very friendly! The gal on the evening shift who helped checked in was awesome. And...our room was clean just a bit dated. However, the lobby, halls, elevator, etc. were very dirty and scuffed up. Area also a bit sketchy. Ended up canceling our stay early which we really appreciated the managers flexibility with. Great people, decent room, old and outdated hotel.

my fridge didnt work but the morning clerk said it was probably unplugged i didnt check that room was quiet and AC worked well .... bathroom was clean as well as the bed ....all good qualities for me.

Property was clean, staff was very friendly and room was very clean. Quiet. Breakfast area was very tidy. Breakfast included eggs cereal sausage biscuits and gravy fruit yogurt and beverages. I used the pool and hot tub which was also very clean.
