The home’s interior offers a very elegant and cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, two TCL SmartTV with Roku System, dining table, a working space with a table and three (3) Air Conditioning Systems that covers common areas and every bedroom, so you’ll have all the necessary comforts of home. Salinas House is located in the south side of Puerto Rico near beautiful beaches, famous restaurants, important cities and walking distance from the Mojo Culinary Fest every month. We welcome people from all backgrounds to relax and enjoy life in our beautiful house in Salinas, Puerto Rico.

Located just 45 minutes away from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, Salinas House is located in a quiet area walking distance from "Plaza Las Delicias" were Salinas great cultural history takes place and were residents gather around everyday. A secure parking garage is available and accomodates one car or SUV. More parking places are available everytime, in the street, in front of the house.

Once the reservation is confirmed, Salinas House is just for you and your family to enjoy.

The house was very clean, decorated and furnished beautifully. Spacious and comfortable. Shower is hot. Balcony is perfect for sitting at night. Great communication with Alfredo from the moment of booking until check out. Very accommodating. Private parking area. Dishes and cookware supplied along with appliances. Great amount of towels. Great location and close to stores, bakery, and bank. WiFi and air conditioning in each room as well. I highly recommend and will be renting this place on my next trip.

Great Property for a Quick Mini Vacation
This property in Salinas was just 12 minutes from Polita Beach and all restaurants. It was perfect for our short vacation. The property manager was super communicative with us since we book the property.

My visit and the accomdations provided were beyond my expectations. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. An A hidden gem. Alfredo’s attention to detail was spot on. The apartment looked like a page out of a furniture magazine. Alfredo was informative and accessible to answer any concerns which made the experience seamless. My family and I loved the apartment and Salinas. Will definitely return soon.

The property manager was very attentive and a quick responder. The property was really cozy and equipped with everything you needed to make your stay seem like a walk in the park! We personally didn't have to contact the owner, that's how well everything turned out to be. Pharmacy, bakery, fast foods, grocery stores the main plaza, everything was within a 5minutrd drive. The property was on a main street which made it noisy at night but still if I had to rent the next time I visit, I would rent it again in a heartbeat 💓.

This was my first vacation since the pandemic started. After a long research I decided to take this house for our stay in Puerto Rico. Best choice! The house is clean and has everything you need. Best part for me is that it’s private and made me feel at home. Alfredo responds immediately if you call with any questions. I truly recommend this house. Oh, and if you have a car it will be in a garage right there in the house so you don’t have to worry about it.

Love the area near all major stores and main highways.
It was wonderful Alfredo the owner was a call way for any questions. It was myself my husband and my 17 year daughter that love her spacious room with a built-in AC and beautiful mirrors. We booked 2day one night and we decided to rent house 4 more days as everything was so spacious a comfortable for us with everything included and closed to all majors stores and our family from Salina.. Birthday trip for Mami
My family and I flew in from Texas and Michigan to surprise my Mom for her 80th birthday. We stayed at Salinas house because it is just a mile away from my mom's apartment. Salinas house is roomy and comfortable for 4 persons, and the owner was helpful and stayed in touch during our stay. This is my third stay at Salinas house in the last 2 years, and I would stay again when I visit my mom.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The owner/manager Alfredo excellent.
This place was awesome, a little difficult finding the property but it was fun and exciting when we located the house. House was spotless clean and I would recommend this house to family and friends. The owner of the property was always available if we needed anything.

Walking distance to town
The apartment was spotless and within walking distance to the town. This place is very closed to the beaches and restaurants. The host (Alfredo) was very attentive and called to check if I was having any problems. I will stay again.

Salinas Vacation
Alfredo was in touch with me about check in, about the tropical storm that was predicted, and other instructions and pictures I appreciated. The house was clean and comfortable. I was able to use the internet and the Roku easily. The kitchen had the plates, mugs, cookware, and utensils needed for making meals. The air conditioning worked well in the main area of the house, but the bedrooms were warm. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The owner is adding AC to bedrooms as soon as possible, but Covid has delayed availability. I will definitely use the property if it is available when I travel to Salinas next year.

Great location
The house was clean. Although we did not meet the owner face to face we did communicate thru text, and phone calls. The location was near to a lot of essential businesses so that was good. Parking was always available and has small garage as well where we kept our car rental. Salinas is super hot so it was hard to cool down the whole with just one unit in the kitchen/dining/living room area but I believe owner said he will ac in the bedrooms so that will be a good addition. Overall I me and my family were pleased and will definitely choose this place again in the future.

Second stay was even better
We spent a couple of weeks in Salinas House in 2019 and liked it so much that we returned for a full three weeks in Jan-Feb 2020. Alfredo is the perfect host, and he keeps the property in excellent, spotless condition. We cooked most of our own meals, but also could take the 3-minute walk for eating or entertainment in downtown Salinas. The beach area is an easily walk of a mile or so, and well worth it. Thank you, Alfredo, for another wonderful stay.
