When I entered the hotel and walked to the desk, I waited approx 5 mins before either of the 2 desk attendants acknowledged my existence. One had a customer and the other was on the computer. A simple “ hello we will be with you shortly” would have been nice. On the other hand, the busy attendant graciously changed my room, a hour later, due to noisy neighbors in the next room.

Clean, enjoyed the pool and appreciated provided pool towels. Breakfast was nice for the kids and the staff member there was great and on top of things. I suggest more recycling options in the hotel, especially at breakfast considering the paper plates say on them in large print that they're recyclable. Glad there was at least one plastics bin in the lobby though.

Annoying Room Issues
Check-in was delightfully welcoming! Initial appearance of room was as expected - satisfactory. No water but later learned it was at Front Desk upon request. Annoying aspects of stay, see photos. Shower curtain was ripped at top and did not glide across rod; clock did not function; mattress covers ill-fitted with noticeably excessive lint/pilling; towels were too thin requiring the use of two - not eco-friendly; sign at breakfast buffet offered accommodations for food allergies, etc. - requesting a dry cereal without added sugar was told only selections were honey crunch, frosted flakes, fruit loops. The price point of the room - $300+ including tax - set an expectation of a pleasant stay which would yield a good review. It did not!
