Decent hotel for a good price. The room was clean and newly renovated. Great shower. I like that there was a light and fan iin the shower. Great water pressure. The only drawback was quite a bit of free5way noise. I would stay here again.

Overall pleased
New renovations makes the rooms in very good condition. Comfortable bed and excellent water pressure for the shower. Didn't find breakfast options but 4 star restaurant in walking distance. Rooms need a hair dryer. All doors face the outside and no carpet but no issues with noise or distractions. 2 floors with no elevator so request 1st floor if thats an issue. Good room for the price.

Overall rested well
Walnut Inn is renovating so our room was like brand new. With some rooms under construction, it was quiet. Bed was comfortable, new firm mattress. Water pressure excellent! Only drawback was no elevator. Doors led directly to the outside. Despite being near the highway, i didnt notice a lot of traffic noise. Walking distance to 4 star restaurant which has excellent sweet tea as well as gas station and casino across the road.

Pretty Satisfied!
I was very pleased with the young woman that checked me in. Kim was very friendly and accommodating to my requests. My issue was mainly the bath towels. They were too small. the room can use another small trash can.

I was not able to stayvand i needed tl fkr my dad funeral instead i slept in my car a Nd went disgusting all bc they failed to tell us as they watched us struggle with getting .money off .y card that we had to have a cash 100$ deposit also!!!!

This is an older hotel being renovated. They switched out our room because our bathroom sink was clogged. Still some issues that needed to be resolved in the new room but nothing critical. They charge a $20 pet fee, which wasn’t shown on Expedia. There’s a great diner next door for meals. The beds were comfortable.

Walnut Inn overnight stay.
It was actually quiet with being next to a truck stop and just off I40. The hotel is doing renovations, painting etc but no issues. Would stay again.

The guest service desk lady was so nice. Checked us in nice and fast and was so friendly! For $70 a night the price can’t be beat. Clean and great smelling rooms. Comfortable bed. Everything you’ll need for a brief stay. Recommend 10/10!

Nice Hotel at a Great Rate
The Walnut Inn is an interesting and nice Hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained. The Hotel is adjacent to the 4 Star Diner and directly across from the Cherokee Casino. The only drawback was the truck traffic at all hours of the day and night.
