An absolute pig sty!! Health inspectors need to be called. We found another guest crying in the parking lot over her stay and her wanting to cancel next two nights. Figured out why no one was at the front desk until after all the other guests left. They wouldn’t be able to handle the anger. Full hotel last night and NO one cleaning rooms at all to get ready for tonight because they do not change the sheets! We insisted on a complete new bed when we arrived because sheets were dirty and even had two small hoes in them. An absolutely disgusting place. Should have their Super 8 franchise removed!!!!

For starters the door did not close properly you had to slam it. We spilt something on the floor and went to wipe it up, the cloth came up black, The rugs in the hallway need to be cleaned. As for the breakfast, with the price that they charge they could at least have butter for the toast. This morning they ran out our yogurt, there were no plates to put your toast on plus no juice. Would also be nice if there were water glasses in the room, Kleenex, ice bucket. It may be a budget motel but things in this motel could certainly be upgraded with the price that is charged,

Stay at this place was probably the worst experience Bedding wasn’t changed. Room infact entire hotel smelt terrible. Would not recommend anyone stay here even just for passing through. Unfortunately we couldn’t book another place as it was too late at night. Very poor experience

Unclean room when I am checking in after 5:00 PM, subsequently they offered the housekeeping service once I acquired them to change the room. But the service provided was friendly. Then I found there’re more animal fur on duvet during my sleeping , generally the room was unsanitary conditions.

The bed was terribly dirty with suspicious brown stains on the sheets. Obvious stains on the bedspread. The staff were very unhelpful in correcting this. They wouldn’d help, kept me waiting for hours to change the bed. Finally I asked at the front desk just to give me clean bedding and I’d change it myself. When I stripped the bed the mattress cover had suspicious yellow stains on it. I put 3 sheets to cover the mattress and used my own blanket from the car. Stay here at your peril.

Positive - room and bathroom were fairly clean, bed was comfortable, AC was working. Negative - poor WiFi service, hallway lighting poor and carpets dirty, in-room coffee supplies poor, check in communication rather abrupt and not very helpful, room not well prepared (window curtains not fully attached), front desk staff often absent.

This property has very poor service. Requested that the tv fixed as it was not working. Went to the desk many times to get help. Finally one person did come and could not get it working so they said they'd call Rogers. No one ever came. The smell is quite bad in the halls and rooms and the carpets are badly stained. Perhaps all carpet should be removed as carpets hold bacteria and smells. The lighting in the halls are very dim.

Do not recommend!!
Will never stay there again, customer service was aweful, room was questionable if it had been cleaned from previous customers. Coffee spills on tables, no towels or soaps. Room was not fresh, it had an odour. Never had the continental breakfast, because it was never set up before we left.

Horrible!
Arrived at hotel, there was another guest who arrived before us trying to check in. There was no one at the front desk. There was a phone for you to use if you needed assistance, but it would ring until it disconnected. It took about 15 minutes before the gentleman showed, along with his two friends he was hanging out with. He had a terrible attitude, not friendly at all. When we got to our room, we actually questioned whether it had been cleaned. There was coffee spills on the table, there was no towels, no soap. The room smelled like skunk. When we asked for towels and soap because there was none, there was no apologies. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast with our stay, it was never set up by the time we tried to check out. I say tried to check out because again there was nobody at the front desk, tried calling for assistance phone, again nothing. There was a number for incase of emergency call, so we did, had to leave a message. We eventually left our room keys on the front desk and left. Horrible customer service experience.

I booked a room specifically to stop quickly overnight as I was on a long road trip with my two kids, and part of the reason I booked this hotel was because of the breakfast included. The morning we checked out, there were no hotel staff anywhere in sight, and there was definitely no breakfast. Disappointing.

We were up in Salmon Arm to look at properties to purchase in the area.The pictures online do not reflect the disgustingly,dirty shape the place is in.I'm sure that the current owner does not do anything to the place.Sheets were dirty,carpets were filthy,made my bare feet black.Cigarette burns in the bed throw and stains on the sheets in a none smoking room.This experience has been the worst so far from a hotel.Not to say the continental breakfast was a joke.No juice,colored water for coffee,no cream,6 mini muffins,that kids all took.Toast that was it,what do you pay for?Anyway never again.

First the front desk person tried to bill me more than my expedia booking. Then the TV was not working - a different front desk person said the maintenance man would be there in 30 minutes - never showed up. They advertized breakfast was included - only some weak coffee was available.

place was filthy. No clean towels had black grease all over them, greasy facecloths or 1 that seemed OK hand towels in room. No bedding for pullout couch. 1 sheets and 1 queen size blanket for 3 people on a king size bed. no cream, sugar, coffee or tea. Bathtub was disgusting. Toilet filthy. Furniture filthy. Breakfast area was filthy and unsanitary. Walls were dirty. Hall smelled disgusting. Guy at counter was texting instead of helping me. NO ELEVATOR, I am disabled and asked for a ground floor room and they would not accommodate me. So I had to struggle up the stairs and back down. In the hall they left all their carts and such so we had to trip over them in their maze of untidy up the hallway. There was 1 young guy cleaning rooms supposedly but he was sitting on bed texting both time we saw him. I do not recommend this place at all.

No breakfast until another person staying complained, dirty rooms (found children’s underwear under a bed), stains on the sheets, carpet and walls. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom and there was a lack of towels. They didn’t restock the coffee from the previous person. We sat on the bed and the frame gave out. Went and told the person at the front desk and he charged my credit card $200 without speaking with me. He wouldn’t give me the number of the manager until we checked out and then the manager would not answer. Would not recommend staying here.
