There was no front desk service. When I went to the room we found it dirty, carpet and furniture. Sheets were not fresh. There were no cups or coffee machine either . The toilet ran all night long. In the morning my husband got the toilet to stop running continuously. Mascara on left side of mirror, I washed it off with abit of elbow grease. The breakfast didn’t start til 7:30 to which we were on the road by then. It is safe to say although it was a Wyndham, we will not be going back there.

Worst experience ever staying in a hotel. Very unprofessional staff. Uncomfortable and old mattress. No coffee maker in the room. Only one towel provided and no toilet tissues in the washroom. The room itself was stinky. The new owners definitely need more training on how to run a hospitality business.

Manager on the phone exceptionally rude. I explained that his agent stated they would cancel my reservation for Dec 19 when I called Dec 18 snd he did not. When I called today I left a messsage that no one returned and when I called back as I had not received email verification of cancellation the manager would not let me speak. He kept interrupting me and said they can’t cancel reservation. I said that’s not what the agent told me the day before. Manager still interrupting me and not letting me complete a sentence and hung up on me

Bed sheets were dirty and there was lots of hair on the pillows. Visible stains on all linens and when we pulled back the bed sheets an empty bottle of whiskey fell out of the sheets. I do not recommend. We left and got a refund. Terrible experience.

Don’t stay here even if it’s free. The clerk was rude and would not help us with the tv which didn’t work. The room was dirty (the tv was covered with who-knows-what), bags of trash?laundry? in the hall. We decided to leave after about 20 minutes and asked for our money back. We’d booked and paid on Expedia and were told to bring it up with them. We will tell all our travelling friends about our experience.
