PUSHE Village El Palmito Nature Relax is ideal for enjoying the sun and sea all year round, whether it's a well-deserved holiday, a few days of relaxation or taking advantage of the benefits offered by teleworking and changing the views of the office for a unique environment.

It is located near the beach, and just a few minutes from the Los Moriscos golf course, in Playa Granada (Motril) and allows you to enjoy the sunny and pleasant climate that the Tropical Coast of Granada offers all year round.

The villa is structured on 1 floor and has a large terrace with sea views and a private pool.

Our guests can enjoy all the necessary services to complete a wonderful stay: free Wi-Fi throughout the stay, air conditioning with heat pump, free private parking, TV with streaming services, etc.

It has a private saltwater pool that complements everything necessary to enjoy a pleasant and quiet environment.

General Sale Conditions of PUSHE SL Payment Conditions 1. Outstanding Balance The reservation must be paid in full before the delivery of the keys. 2. Refundable Deposit To cover possible damages to the property, the client must pay a deposit by credit card 7 days before check-in. The specific amount of this deposit will be indicated on the property's file. It will be returned 7 days after check-out if there is no damage. Number of Guests It is strictly forbidden to accommodate more guests in the tourist accommodation than that declared in the reservation. According to RD 933/2021, it is mandatory to register all guests. Client Responsibility 1. Use of the Accommodation By making a reservation with PUSHE SL, the client and their companions undertake to use the property appropriately, exempting PUSHE SL from any liability for damages that may arise from such use. The property will never be considered the client's residence. 2. Valuables PUSHE SL is not responsible for valuables that clients bring with them or leave in the property during their stay. 3. Damages Caused The client will be responsible for damages caused to the property, except for normal wear and tear associated with daily use of the accommodation. Other Issues 1. Specific Rules of the Accommodation In all PUSHE SL properties, a list of the specific rules of the accommodation is available to the client. These will include basic rules such as quiet hours, guidelines for the disposal of garbage and recommendations for respectful behaviour towards neighbours and the environment. Serious and/or repeated non-compliance with the established conditions by the client or their companions will entitle PUSHE SL to demand immediate abandonment of the accommodation, without the right to compensation or refund of the deposit. Arrivals and Departures 1. Arrival Check-in at properties managed by PUSHE SL can take place between 15:00 and 17:00. For arrivals in person outside these hours, an additional charge may apply, depending on the property. This will be communicated by message in the booking confirmation. 2. Fantastic location
Nice and clean 2 bedroom villa with panoramic view that takes your breath away. Privacy, tranquility, stunning view. Basicly everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Near beaches en restaurants in Salobreña and La Herradura. Car really necessary.
