You get what you pay for
Our service in arrival was good. Quick, pleasant, easy check in. It was clear they were in some process of freshing up the property. Overall there was nothing truly horrid, but the little things added up quickly. The envelope we were handed our keys in looked like it had been in someone's wallet for a few years. Didn't effect my stay, but noticeable. The room was overall clean, until I went into the bathroom. There was dried blood on the door frame & light switch. I chlorox+wiped every surface at that point. We scheduled a 330am shuttle. Our neighbors partied until we left (on a Monday), our shuttle was 10 minutes late & there was no one at the front desk to check out.

I was moved into a king suite room that they knew was not in condition to be rented. There was construction going on in the hotel for eight hours a day You could hear it very clearly, no matter what room you were in. I was not accommodated for the downgraded room at all. friendly staff though

Very upset with Expedia. My room did not match the look of the room I booked. I booked a suite with a gold lounging couch, a orange and brown headboard and golden bedspread, with brown drapes. It was a colorful and inviting room. What I got was not a suite, it was a very bland standard room. No color whatsoever. Bedspread was white and the walls and built in furniture were tan. I have never booked a room that didn't look or wasn't listed as advertised. Regardless, the bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows. The bathroom was very clean and loved the citrus soap. I don't get to travel very often and don't normally leave bad reviews but felt it was necessary. I was very disappointed. Needless to say, I will not book a room through Expedia in the future.
