There was no one at the front desk for a solid 15 minutes when I arrived. I rang the bell , called and no one came. Others waited behind me. No apology when someone finally showed up. My rooms try or was oversold . I was given two connecting rooms to make up for it which I appreciated. My friend had an airport shuttle scheduled for 3:30 am but the driver didn’t show until 4 am. Stressful.

Convenient since close to airport
We had a confortable night in a king size room and the breakfast was varied and filling.Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle.The only negative point was the A/C making a loud noise.

Maintenance issues
We were ending our trip to Utah's Mighty 5 and staying in SLC for the last 2 nights. The hotel had some work done so the water was off 12-3pm and then we were looking forward to using the pool but the pool water was cold. They had plenty of signs up everywhere to inform people of when the water was off - but with advanced booking, it would have been nice to receive an email with a chance to cancel our reservation if it would impact us. The water off we worked around just fine by heading out during that time - but the pool was a bummer for us. Other than that the stay was pleasant and the rooms were nice.
