The bed was broken down in the middle. The phone charging outlets didn’t work, the lights constantly flickered, you could every little sound the neighbors were making. Sounded like they were demolishing the furniture all 3 nights we were there. The room was overly warm. I turned down the ac to 64 and it never got below 70. The shower was either cold or extreme hot, the handle would not stay where you put it.

I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel was conveniently located, friendly staff and all facilities (gym,pool,laundry) were clean and in working order. Entering the parking lot is right if you have a larger vehicle but it was fine.

Was a nice place to stay for one night. The bed and pillows were a little too soft for my liking, but not a deal braker. If I attend another concert at the Delta Center, I'll stay there again.

Great anniversary weekend here
Perfect location if you’re wanting something walking distance to Gateway or Delta Center. We ride the free bus to somewhere else downtown. Very quiet and no problems whatsoever. We used the hot tub twice. My only complaint was the long line at check-in where they only had one person checking people in. Other than that, it was lovely.
