It was a good stay. The breakfast was a bit hectic on the weekend. Lots of people getting food at the same time. The pool area was nice. The pool was too cold for me to enjoy, but the jacuzzi was nice.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's been nicely updated. The only thing that it lacks is 1 or 2 more elevators. This hotel only has 1, and it's small -- the shaft size from days decades ago. Seems to me they could add one (a larger capacity one) to the outside of the building at the south end without disrupting much of anything.

Really Dirty Floor Upon Arrival
When we first got there we accidentally dropped one of the really thin soaps onto the floor in front of the bathroom sinks. The soap shattered into many pieces. When we wiped up the floor to finish cleaning up the pieces, the towel was filthy! That area of the floor should have been clean after only being in the room for 5 minutes or less!

We had a great stay at this property. Very reasonable price for the value. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Everyone from the housekeeper to front desk were amazing. The breakfast was a nice perk in an already value priced room. They gave us a lovely VIP gift and also a 2 pm check out as part of our Expedia VIP status. I would highly recommend this hotel.

When I arrived, they let me know that the water was going to be shut off that night. This is something they could have let me know ahead of time instead of as I showed up. Also my room reeked of cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting I have never stayed in a room that smelled so poorly.
