This was a great place. Clean, great breakfast, nice people and my favorite was great coffee both regular and decaf available 24 hours a day. The coffee was always fresh and hot. Also the checkout time was noon not 11am which was really nice.

This place is a hidden gem. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel is in a great location to be able to walk to restaurants and some of the notable places in downtown Salt Lake City. Room was good/no issues.

The hotel staff was friendly. The rooms are large with extra blankets and pillows. The rooms are showing some age but overall it is a nice, clean place to stay with a great breakfast.

This Crystal Inn is very nice and well kept. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, hash browns, pancakes, ham, fruit, yogurt and assorted breads. There was something for everyone. Would stay again.

Room is spacious, breakfast is hot and fresh. I stayed for two nights but no house keeping was provided on the second day. The sound proof was very poor between the floors, I could not sleep at night when people walking around upstairs.
