This was a great place. Clean, great breakfast, nice people and my favorite was great coffee both regular and decaf available 24 hours a day. The coffee was always fresh and hot. Also the checkout time was noon not 11am which was really nice.

This place is a hidden gem. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel is in a great location to be able to walk to restaurants and some of the notable places in downtown Salt Lake City. Room was good/no issues.

I was very happy with my whole experience at Crystal Imm! They answered my pre arrival phone calls promptly. They picked me up at airport, Staff were wonderful. My room was large & clean with excellent water pressure & comfy bed. The tv remote was easy to use. Credit card deposit was released immediately at checkout. . Will return to stay here again!
