The hotel itself is acceptable, however it is smack dab in the middle of the hood. They share a parking lot with many other businesses and there are questionable individuals wandering the parking lot at all hours. Even though the hotel is clean, the lot and surrounding area is filthy. The staff are unclean and unfriendly and the breakfast IS NOT even close to what other Home 2 hotels offer.

My bathroom had a broken shower head and tub was overfilling with water due to clogs. The shower head was replaced which was inconvenient to have someone come in and fix it during my stay. The tub was clogged and would fill up with water and the shower head ended up splashing water all over the floor which we had to clean up ourselves. There was no room service available that day.

Noisy. Needed ear plugs. I heard the street traffic all night. They don't clean your room every day. The staff was friendly and did send someone up for more towels, etc. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was so nice. A shout out to Alejandra! Thank you for the delicious frittatas!

The bathroom doors would not shut and would slide their way open and there was no way to lock them. The ceiling in the shower was open and had water leaking from it on the drain at 3 am and we couldn’t sleep. No gym. Just overall bad stay unfortunately.
