I don’t typically write reviews and I take reviews with a grain of salt because everyone has such different views on what they’re looking for. I do travel quite a bit and I have my own rentals. This is the third time I’ve stayed at this place. The first two times was just an overnight stay and this last time it was a five night stay, but the first time I don’t know if it was a smoke detector or what it was but it was taped off with electrical tape and the floors were very dirty, especially under the bed. The second overnight stay same type of thing the floors were quite dirty underneath the bed was disgusting, and there was empty water bottle under the bed. I had called and talked to a manager, and they assured me that my next stay which was a week after my second staythat the room would be looked over by staff before me arriving. I did go into the room and found the same issues with the flooring being gross underneath the bed. I don’t know if it was pet urine or if it was something spilled underneath the bed, but it was something I’d imagine that it was sticky and again the floors were just gross. I went up and told management and she said that they had gone in and looked at it, and I showed her a picture of it so she had gone in herself to clean the floor herself, but they were then sticky for some reason and in the bathroom, the toilet surrounding area in the front I didn’t notice until I put a towel on the floor that it was gross. I did not have hot water for my stay

I didn't like that I stayed for a week and didn't get any service from the housekeepers. I had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, ect. I also had to take out my own garbage. Plus, they didn't have continental breakfast and the staff weren't very polite.
