The front desk closed at 10:00PM. No security overnight. It looked like homeless people stayed there. On the hallways the smell was disgusting.

Staff was very unfriendly. If anything was needed like toilet paper or an iron you had to get from the front desk. Also the coffee in the lobby barely worked. Will never stay at this hotel again.

We didnt realize when we booked this hotel that we would have to pay for dishes/cookware w/the kitchenette. Bathroom only had 2 towels, only 1 garbage can etc. We were not prepared for all the little items we then had to buy at Walmart just for our stay. Everything else was fine. Bedframes have sharp edges, hit my knee several times when walking around the bed. We liked the security of swiping in and out of the facility and also easy online check in/check out.

Very new hotel; nice and clean, although not very accommodating for a 1 night stay. No hairdryer, no laundry bag, no cups, glasses, etc. and no breakfast. It is more suited for a residential stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk wasn't all that helpful. Couldn't assist with TV issues, or vending machine (product got stuck - didn't have a key but said I could call the vending company)?
