We love hosting WELL BEHAVED pets! In order to keep our home clean and meticulously cared for, we charge a pet fee.
The pet fee is $15/night for 1 dog and $10/night for each additional dog. Payment is requested right after booking. The backyard is fully fenced. We provide food dishes, poop bags, and doggie beds. We also a crate available if you must leave for a bit. Please use this to avoid damages to the house!
Access to the space is via an electronic lock on the front door. We will send you your own private key-code with the check-in instructions.
ZEN DEN: This peaceful meditation, yoga, or workout area is a separate building in the backyard. The key is at the home's backdoor.
STAIRS: There are 3 stairs leading to the front door. Must use stairs to access 2 of the bedrooms.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents.
If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning!
House Rules:
1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken.
2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have outside security cameras for the safety and protection of our property and to monitor guest count.
3- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with pre-approval and nightly fee of $15 for the first dog and $10 per additional dog per night. Dogs may not be left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. There is a $50 poop scooping fee if poop fairy has to clean up any messes left behind. Please clean up after your fur babies.
4- There is a $25 per hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared.
5- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us.
6- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking.
7- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. There is a $150 fine for breaking this rule.
I just live 10 minutes away so I am available if needed. I love to provide dining, drinking, adventuring, and playing information! Utah has been my home for 35 years!
