I liked the management and staff, very friendly. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean. Breakfast was good but tiring having same food choices day after day. It would have been nice to have a mixture of choices. Would be good to have hard boiled eggs as well. Also it would be nice to have coffee offered throughout entire day.

This room was awful. Smelled like cat urine and the bathroom was dirty shower is slippery must use a mat not that you would want to shower in it.

When I checked in, I was given a room key and walked into a room someone else was staying in. The bed was completely messed up, TV on and beer cans on the counter. When I finally got a room cigarette burn holes were in the sheet and it was dirty.

I got few bug bites on my left ankle area and leg.. it is itchy, red, and raised with puncture hole in the center.. doent seem like bed bug, and looks like flea bites. I would never go back here nor recommend this place to other people

When we arrived their entire computer system was down apparently nationwide so we could not check in. We grabbed something to eat and when we returned Krystal had us all ready and checked in. The room did smell like it had been smoked in though. Everything else was clean

To start off they only have one king bed in the whole hotel and it was booked. So we opted for a queen bed and asked for a complimentary crib for our baby. It was a play pen. FILTHY AS CAN BE! stained! Smelly! And we opened it for the benefit of the doubt and it had PILLS! imagine if my baby put that in his mouth! I returned it immediately! The free breakfast does not have many options. The staff are terrible! Cut you off while speaking to them. The key for our room was not working like ever! I did not like it at all!
