Entire 3BR duplex apartment nestled in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood with private off-street parking, self-check-in, high-speed WiFi, Netflix, Disney, two entertainment areas, and 3BR accommodations. Located in the heart of trendy Sugar House and within walking distance to parks, restaurants, chic cocktail spots, and a vibrant shopping scene, this cozy hideaway is close to everything SLC has to offer!

Come back to the privacy of your own home after enjoying one of Utah's 6 world-class ski resorts (just a 30 minute drive!), or an Uber ride 10 minutes from downtown after a night out. Your new home away from home is the perfect stay for ski vacations, business trips, singles, families, & couples.

Another thing to note: The apartment next door is also a VRBO, so if you are traveling with many guests, why not rent out the entire duplex!

Sugar House Hideaway Space:
The upstairs features the master bedroom (queen bed); living room w/Smart TV, comfortable seating (including a convertible sofa bed), and stainless steel privacy barn doors (note: there is a shared wall with the adjacent duplex apartment). Upstairs also features a cozy dining room; a bathroom with a luxurious claw tub
and shower feature; a fully-stocked kitchen; and a corner mud room where you can store your coats, skis, etc.

The downstairs (remodeled basement) has slightly lower ceilings and two additional private bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with an office space, a comfy 7.5 foot beanbag lounger, and a twin XL mattress bed lifted up on a spacious ledge. Both downstairs bedrooms have dressers, closets, and storage space. The downstairs also has a cozy SmartTV room with an additional twin bed and cushioned ledge seating. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer as well.

During your stay, you will have self-check-in and full private access to the entire apartment and adjacent off-street parking on the premises.

Location, location, location
This cute little place is located in Sugar House District just blocks from restaurants and several breweries. It is in a super quiet neighborhood. We had a blast of cold weather but the house was nice and warm and quite comfortable. The host is very quick to respond to messages. The kitchen is stocked with spices etc. There are lots of extra blankets and pillows to get cozy.The downstairs is a bit musty as it is basement space. But other than that was was a great spot for our first stay in Salt Lake City

Digistar Conference
We were happy with the location to the Digistar offices. Due to construction every where we were re-routed almost every day. Some roads had no access for 24 to 36 hours. We booked through Vrbo but then went to Zillow and got more information. Zillow lists the property as having 2 bathrooms (maybe based on the 2 pictures available on Vrbo. We were surprised that there was only one bathroom. The bathroom was a large claw foot tub. In my younger days I probably would have been thrilled. But now having herniated discs in my back I found getting in and out over the sides very dangerous. Also, it says air conditioned. The one bedroom upstairs has a window unit. It works but is loud. It constantly turns on and off as temps are reached. We moved to another bed. All other beds are in the basement and there is no air conditioners down there. There are a lot of fans. I was very warm the first two nights but after that the night time temps decreased and we opened window. There is one more window unit by the dining room table.The washer and dryer worked. We found a great cream puff store in walking distance and had cream puffs every night. Overall location is good. We just came during lots of road construction.

This property was easy to access and we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The owner was a great communicator and everything was as shown on the booking information. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. Great property; close to everything in Sugarhouse (including the park which is 4 mins away which is a great walking/running park) and Salt Lake. Very comfortable for myself and four kids who stayed off and on for 9 nights. Lots of extra sheets, blankets and towels. Wonderful laundry room...hanging clothes dry really quick as nice and warm in there. Completely safe neighborhood. Delicious food nearby...my favs are Beard Papa, Cafe Rio, and Hruska's Kolaches. I didn't have any need to communicate with the owner while we were there, so can't speak to that. But she is an incredibly thoughtful host as there were lots of little touches to make things very comfortable. There is one bathroom, three beds which I felt were very comfortable (twin and two rooms with doubles or queens, not sure which), then five other spots where people could sleep... one a mattress on a ledge, a massive bean bag then two other spots where you could put twin blow up mattresses (bring your own), plus a sleeper sofa. Decorated very cute, too. Of note: hot water may run out by third shower in a row, so stagger accordingly.

A few of us stayed here in winter since it was an ideal location to get to the ski slopes. We had never been to SLC before and quickly realized without knowing that this place was in a super ideal neighborhood with plenty of options for dining, groceries, and coffee spots. Pictures were pretty much spot on, and there was plenty of room for us. This would be ideal for a bach group as there were lots of sleeping options upstairs/downstairs in nooks and in rooms. Check in and out was very easy! We cooked most of our meals and there were plenty of pots pans and supplies to do so. Great place for a weeklong ski trip without having to spend tons of money closer to the mountains!

Family visit
I was in town with my 75 year old parents to visit my son. We loved the location, so many places we could walk to! The bathroom and a bedroom were upstairs which was perfect for my parents. I was able to stay in the cute space downstairs. Great living room to hang out and visit in. Kim was always quick to respond if I had any questions, we would stay here again!
