There were guests making noise all night outside my room in the hall, and when I tried to call the front desk, the phone rang busy so I had to ask the guests making noise to quiet down. My wife and I did not get a good night’s rest. Further, the smoke alarm in the fitness center kept beeping(presumably the battery was low) and the stationary bike was non-functional.

Bathroom was not clean, there were so many hairs clinging to the shower wall, stains on shower curtain, and the surface of the shower was chipping and bubbling up. We didn’t use the shower because it was so gross. We had the room with the jetted tub, but the jets didn’t work, I was told we could get a discount, but the next day no one knew about it. I asked to be contacted by the manager regarding the room issues and no one has responded almost a week later. We won’t use this hotel again there are plenty of better hotels in the same price range.

The location on convenient next the highway which also comes with a good bit of street noise at all hours. Having breakfast available every morning is a big plus. There was a hole in the ceiling in our room with wires sticking out where the smoke detector is supposed to be. The shower head had a super long neck which was tilted sideways and pointed completely outside of the shower stall. My husband was able to move it back in place so at least the water fell inside the shower. Out of the 6 days we stayed, we only got room service once after asking for it. So overall, I feel like they definitely could have done better!

The entire property is filthy. I drove over 10 hours for an event in this area. The staff barely spoke English. The flooring in the bathroom was broken and loose. We paid for a room with a microwave that we had to go down to the office and ask for. We waited over an hour then had to call from our cell phone down to the office to see where the microwave was because they don’t have phones in the room. After a day of staying that following night our keys wouldn’t work to get in and out of the facility or into our room. Overall would never go again.
