Very basic, lacking items like cups
The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

O atendimento é péssimo , o hotel eu nunca fiquei em um hotel assim. Tudo sujo, muito sujo, a academia toda suja , desorganizada, aparelhos velhos, jogados, não tinha nem um colchonete para abdominal. Não arrumam o quanto, eu tive que pedir. Eu jamais me hospedaria novamente na rede Andrade hotel.

Ein abgerocktes hotel was sein geld( 45€/N) nicht wert ist ! Frühst.: die früchte wenn sie denn reif sind, sind ok und der cafe. Der rest ist gür die tonne. Peinlich gür ein angeblich 4* haus. Von mir nur 2* und dagür zuteuer!

Hotel com excelente localização, mas peça muito na manutenção. É uma pena!! Desta vez reclamei e mandaram um técnico, consertou quase tudo, mas perdi quase 1 dia inteiro, em viagens tempo é dinheiro investido. Precisam fazer a manutenção ANTES do hóspede chegar!!!

Reclamações que vimos aqui eram reais, um dos elevadores não funcionavam, demos sorte que estávamos no 1º andar. Café da manhã bom, quarto bom. Atendimento bom. Nosso quarto tinha uma integração com outro, o que achei ruim visto que estávamos em duas meninas. Não utilizamos a limpeza de quarto mas passava todos os dias. Super bem localizado.

O hotel em si tem tudo pra ter uma boa estrutura e estadias bem confortáveis, mas infelizmente por falta de manutenção no local está muito ruim, sobre tudo gostei muito do atendimento do pessoal do café, bem animado e educados, o pessoal da recepção bem educados, e a atendente do bar com uma educação excelente, que realmente foi o que salvou a estadia nos 4 dias que fiquei. O hotel fica beira mar, teria tudo pra ser um lugar pra relaxar, os quartos, são muito ruins, as camas e móveis são velhos, cobertores e toalhas dizem que são trocados a cada dois dias, mas em 3 dias só arrumaram não trocaram os lençóis e toalhas, o ar-condicionado não funciona bem. O banheiro do 8° andar quarto 813 com um mal cheiro terrível. Todo o hotel precisa ser renovado, os funcionários com um treinamento de atendimento melhor, segurança no geral não tem, Qualquer pessoa consegue ter acesso as dependências do hotel sem que tenha problemas. Como já havia falado acima, tem tudo pra ser um hotel de sucesso mas a administração tem que começar a organizar, caso contrario não teram sucesso e não permaneceram funcionando por muito tempo.
