We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Master Mirabel. It was near a bus stop, near mirabelplatz and 5 mins walk to a supermarket. The rooms were modern and well equipped. There is also a luggage storage area in the basement with lockers, which we used on the last day. Very enjoyable stay.

The location was really convenient and the rooms are very clean and nice!! The showers were a little small, which was fine for us ladies but the fellas didn’t LOVE them. The parking is expensive as well, but it is a great location in the city. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I just completed a week stay at master Mirabel. Our experience was excellent. The location is great, the rooms are large and clean. The property has washers and dryers with complimentary laundry detergent. Anytime we asked questions from the staff they responded very fast. We communicated via WhatsApp. We highly recommend this location in Salzburg.

Lovely stay
Excellent stay! Two adults and one child, the apartment was great. Could only be improved by a few chairs to eat with. Well stocked with amenities, including a microwave! Shower was wonderful, so were the soaps. Loved the reading light. Easy walk to the altestadt and also the sound of music tour pickup. Thank you!!!

Can't leave luggage after check-out
Everything else about our stay was great, but the check-in and check-out experiences were disappointing. Check-in: The pre-arrival email ended up in my junk mailbox, so I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be anyone at the hotel to meet me. There’s no front desk, which led to a bit of panic when we arrived to find the front entrance locked. Clearer communication about the check-in process would have helped avoid this confusion. Check-out: Check-out was equally frustrating. We needed to leave our bags for a late evening flight, but the “security” person suggested leaving it in the downstairs hall, which was essentially a storage area for cleaners and builders - which lead to the property service back door. When I asked if he’d be there to let us back in (as the door requires a passcode), he said he’d leave at 3 PM and that my passcode would no longer work after 12 PM, following check-out. This could have been a disaster if we hadn’t asked further questions. To resolve luggage storage issue, we had to walk to the train station to store our luggage at the only available luggage storage facility in town. Half the lockers were malfunctioning, and the staff there weren’t helpful or seemed hesitant to speak English. Thankfully, we managed to fit one cabin bag into a slim ski locker by opening the bag wide. Unfortunately, other travelers weren’t as lucky as everyone was struggling to find empty lockers.

Please dont assume all your guests have Whatsapp. It would've been a much smoother process if you sent the instructions via email that was used when I booked the room. Also, the site where you register isnt user friendly you had to tap hundreds of times to enter the birthdate.....

I’d give 10 stars if I could!
There are not enough words of gratefulness for the management and staff of Master Mirabell. My husband ended up in the hospital and the few important requests I asked for were granted as it’s difficult to be everywhere at once. I would give the 10 stars if I could. Thank you again for helping a tourist turned temporary resident. Master Mirabell is safe, clean, and centrally located for sightseeing! All the best and blessings to you all!!
