Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Nunca he estado en un hotel peor, servicio, limpieza, equipamiento habitación. Sábanas y toallas sucias. Baño sin agua caliente. Después de tres horas de viaje en recepción nos comentan que no tenemos reserva y que no hay habitación.
