This is a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in a quiet little town of Barco Quebrado, near the blue zone center, of Nicoya. It is walking distance from a local bar and market. About a 10 mins scooter ride from a few quiet beaches, also know as Mel Gibson's beach, that makes you feel as though you have a private beach to yourself. About a 15min scooter ride through the jungle on one side and open meadows on your other, to another secluded beach full of beautiful lava rocks and hermit crabs.
About a 20min drive to popular town Samara, Costa Rica.
Comes with all the amenities that you would need, including: washer and dryer, towels, cookware, smart TV, wifi, minisplits in all main areas, beautiful patio seating area and a communal pool.
