We stay here every year at Thanksgiving time. It’s a good location for us. The hotel is always clean and the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. I would recommend Comfort Suites for anyone looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable place to stay.

We actually got lucky and found this place across the highway from our originally booked hotel that was horrible all around not even 5 mins from checking in. We immediately cancelled our stay there and booked our stay here and what a huge difference. Every representative at the counter was super friendly and welcoming. Not to mention the manager who was always staying busy making sure all gusts were accommodated and had an amazing breakfast experience every morning. I left wanting to come back to this hotel. Our stay was brief but made welcomed thanks to the Comfort Suites staff.

Everything was excellent! They were remodeling but still great. Will stay there next time we go that way. The staff was always so welcoming and the young girl who checked us in the 1st night was super friendly and nice.

Good stay but under construction
Check in was quick and easy. The bed and pillows were very comfy. We had a newly remodeled room. The entire facility is under renovation. Workers were there until 745 working which is no problem but the there was stuff everywhere - tiles, caulking, brooms, dolllies and pallets everywhere. The lobby restrooms were closed for renovation. Noise is heard at every space - the walls are thin and you hear other rooms and the hallways quite readily as well as highway noise. Not enough to keep us awake but if you’re a light sleeper, it might. We had a good stay and would probably stay again. But it would have been nice to know they were remodeling the entire facility when we reserved. Also, the little market by the front desk had little in it so plan ahead if you have those frequently and one last but very important piece - no hair dryer in the rooms- so BYOHD .

Hotel is under complete renovations. Our room was an old one, smelled of mold. They quickly moved us to a new room. No toilet paper holders, phone, hair dryers bit the beds were very comfortable. Will try again when they’re finished renovating.

I would say that online is all lies. It says it is nice clean and up to date but it is far from it. They are remodeling it at the moment and did not specify that until check in. We haf no other choice but to stay as my aunt was having surgery. No changing and no helping with rooms. Room was ok but bed was like sleeping on a board.
