Hotel is under complete renovations. Our room was an old one, smelled of mold. They quickly moved us to a new room. No toilet paper holders, phone, hair dryers bit the beds were very comfortable. Will try again when they’re finished renovating.

I would say that online is all lies. It says it is nice clean and up to date but it is far from it. They are remodeling it at the moment and did not specify that until check in. We haf no other choice but to stay as my aunt was having surgery. No changing and no helping with rooms. Room was ok but bed was like sleeping on a board.

Hotel was under renovations. Understandable to have some noises. We did get a room with a broken door and handles for shower head came of the wall shower head need to be replaced and when maintenance came to look at what we needed done he didn’t close our door correctly so it was open when we got back. Thank God nothing was stolen.

Handicap accessible room had tub with handrails. Not accessible walk in shower. A shower seat blocked the door creating a hazard if a disabled person on walker or wheelchair tried to enter bathroom. Sofa was worn and cushions were obviously no longer supportive. A disabled person would not be able to get up if they sat down. I would not consider an ADA room.
