Customer service was great and staff was very accommodating. The lobby and outer appearance makes the hotel look nice, but the room we had told another story. I have pictures but the chairs were stained and look unsanitary. The paper towels in the kitchen area had stuff on them. The kitchen soap had hair stuck to it. The walls had stains on them. When we went to breakfast the dining room chairs were horribly stained and did not look sanitary to sit on. This hotel would be really nice if housekeeping was a TOP priority.

The cost of the stay and the conditions of the location do not match. It exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was de-li-cious! Staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was perfect! Not a single complaint. Extremely Clean, modern, quiet, convenient, comfortable beds, excellent kitchenette.

Whenever we come to San Angelo (about twice a year), we try to stay here! The staff is so nice, and the rooms are clean and lovely!

The hall way had a very strong odor like mold, room ac did cool much and the first night out toilet didn’t flush and fill up with water. We asked for another room and where told they would just send maintenance to fix.

However, when I accidentally forgot to login to my wife and I's shared account, I called and texted with Hotel .com's representatives and ask if they could credit the reservation (that I had literally just booked minutes before reaching out), I was told that there was NO way that could be done.
