Most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. The a/c was blowing nasty black stuff I had to tell them to clean because they do not clean rooms unless requested. There was a roach under the bed after they went and "cleaned"

Nothing wrong with this Motel 6. Working refrigerator, microwave, TV/cable and cold ac. Running hot and cold shower. Toilet flushed. All good for the price.

I’ve recently stayed here before and it was ok. But now the place is very uncomfortable to sleep to shower and the maintenance is never around when you need something repaired or if you need anything. So I had a room downstairs and it was ridiculous to be woken up at 2am by some dog chasing cats in the room. I was so tired and very upset. I wasn’t told that there were pets upstairs. Then I couldn’t take a shower in the mornings because there was no hot water. Totally uncalled for. I felt like I was being punished. If I reported them I felt I was going to get retaliation against those customers. It seems like there’s a lot of pets in these rooms all the time. I notified the front desk about the hot water and she just said “ we just installed a new water heater I don’t see why there shouldn’t be any hot water”. So in professional. I’m very unsatisfied and upset…

This motel is sandwiched between two auto dealerships in a busy part of the city near downtown. The motel is adequate but has no nearby amenities save for a Starbucks across a busy road. It is relatively inexpensive and adequately clean.

Reserved 1st floor room for elderly guest with walking disability, but upon arrival they only had a 2nd floor room. There were four of us, and the room only had two pillows. Staff said they didn't have any more. Beds were very stiff. And although we didn't intend to use it, the pool was a filthy mess half covered with a tarp. Would never stay at this Motel 6 again.

We stayed in a non-smoking room on the first floor. It smelled and looked clean when we got there. One of the other rooms above or by us was smoking and it came into the room so all of our clothes smelled like tobacco and pot. That is really the only complaint I have. The lady at the desk was nice and the room was clean. It was one of the quietest motels I’ve ever stayed in, they are pet friendly but never heard any of the other dogs there.

The location was good. The room needed some repairs- toilet seat broken, non functional fan, needed new curtains. It was adequate. I would look for a different hotel next time I’m in San Angelo.
