I needed an affordable, clean, and safe last minute place to stay while visiting my daughter. It was conveniently off of the highway, offered a option for breakfast, had a pool for my younger daughter, a place for me to workout, and a way to wash clothes.
Although it was not excellent as far as comfort I was definitely satisfied with what it did offer for the price. The room was a little worn and dated but it was clean, had a fridge and microwave in the room, a small coffee maker, shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower, and an iron with ironing board.
The “laundry facilities” left much to be desired but I was grateful there was a way to wash clothes. (It was 1 washer and dryer outside of the building next to the vending machine and ice machine, bolted to the floor) if you needed soap and dryer sheets you needed to buy them at the desk. While I was there they had no laundry soap but the desk clerk tried to assist me in getting some.
The pool was cloudy and green, but there was a staff member who I saw cleaning the bugs and leaves daily. There was also a disability chair available. So although not pristine it was clean and available.
Breakfast was continental so no hot food but again was grateful they had something.
I would stay again if I had to. It was enough to feel safe and clean, the cost was good and it had the necessities. The staff was polite and helpful.
