Place was infested with ants in the bathroom the kitchen. They were also found in the bed . We were glad they were not bed bugs thank God . However ants not cool at all . The staff were informed of this and they apologized but made no attempts to fix the problem or compensate for the inconvenience.

The first impression was that my room smelled. When I mentioned it to the staff, they said to just run the air conditioner for about 15 minutes because it's stale air. It took two hours of running the air conditioner before the smell disappeared. The room was otherwise okay and the staff was friendly. The hotel is built around a bunch of industrial crap. If you wanted an early breakfast or late dinner, you're out of luck anywhere nearby.

Came to Texas to visit family. Didn't spend much time in the room, except to shower and sleep. The amenities were good, except in the shower, the corners and along the top of the wall, there was some mold. The bed was very comfortable. The whole hotel was very nice, but could use updating. Not disappointed at all.

The staff did accommodate me as much as they could but …….the property was clean but very worn, elevator did not work, no transportation to airport prior to 7:00am, air was humid and musty, there were general stinky odors that the ac once on kinda helped. Had I not been so worn out from lack of sleep I would have left to another facility, but being near exhaustion I stayed. After 40 years of traveling this is one of the few times I felt the need to change hotels. I really am an accommodating person. I am certainly not a hotel snob.

The hand soap in the restroom was just water. The shower tub was EXTREMELY slippery almost dangerous. The staff was friendly and helpful. Oversized I was moderately happy.

Furniture and doors had dry blood, the sheets had stains, the restroom and doorframes had unprofessionally fixtures, room smelled like burnt, the alarm system was constantly going on, the tv cable was chewed on and did not have cable, the dove dispensers had cheap soap in them

I booked a king suite which has king bed and a living room separate. The day of my arrival I got a called and said that the room is not available due to maintenance issue. I asked to give me an another suite similar but nothing is available than 2 bed in a room. I told the manager is not acceptable. I booked the room in advanced. I paid in advanced so I can be comfortable to see my daughter graduate from the military. Overall I hope management will do something with these situations.

Comfortable stay. Fridge is provided in the room. I was able to wash a couple of shirts in the laundry room. Good Mexican restaurants nearby on Issom Road such as El Mariachi Loco and Santos Cafe. Unfortunately, no drinking water is offered in the room and the water is overpriced at 5 dollars a bottle for a large bottle. Such a pity.
