In June I had a negative experience with the staff and reception, but this trip was a new crew and finally! Customer service was 5 star! Check in was quick, friendly, professional, etc. I was given VIP treatment to make sure I made my flight on time. This was the Crown Plaza I remember!

The room keys didn't work. We had to go down the elevator twice. They acted as if we didn't know how to use them. Maintenance came up and the censor wasn't working. They had to change the lock. The room looked so ruff. Painting uneven and a/c unit not working.
