I have never stayed at a Drury Hotel before but I definitely will again. The manager was very nice and greeted us when we checked in. My family and I loved the free "Kickback" meal that they provide. It was really great and such a fun surprise and treat. Great experience all around.

There was a good atmosphere & the included amenities were very nice. The cleanliness of the room could definitely use improvement. Had to call for a sheet change, but they were apologetic. Hair in bathroom; lots of dust/dirt buildup—definitely needs a deep cleaning & updates could go a long way. Had to let shower run about 10 mins before it would get hot.

The Drury Plaza is an old establishment in San Antonio. The room is dated but very spacious and clean. No qualms staying here again if we’re ever in the San Antonio area. Staff were friendly and helpful.
