We let the front desk when we checked on and called earlier as well my husband has a serious allergic reaction to feather pillows including synthetic I was told from the front desk no one relayed that message and he got an anaphylactic shock for paying 500 dollars a night that should have been done

The hotel was great. However, I would change one thing in our room. The beds had a ton of room between them however there wasn’t enough room to get into the bed from the wall side, making it difficult to get into bed for older couples.

Price is exuberant for valet..wish hotel shared some of that money with valet employees, i tipped on top of valet charge...dont know how long check in at hotel has been at 4pm...i remember 2pm being the staple...pics of rooms are way photoshopped. Its 3.5 out 5

Enjoyed the stay overall BUT I had an issue with room service. Was shown to be an option menu and all when u called down to be directed to restaurant phone rang and rang then went to a mailbox full message!?? Not once, not twice, but 3 separate occasions. Front desk had no answers; nor solutions. Other than that, love the room Breakfast was great super fresh Good eats around the property. And walking distance to lots of stuff. As well as perfect location for short distance to drive to things as well. I would def stay again. Just not use room service. ALL OF THE VALETS were super nice, respectful, and just all around great guys.
