My review is based on the lack of service I received. I booked a one night stay, but was unable to travel and reached out to change the date of the stay. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone who could help. I made multiple phone calls and I was transferred from one person to another, until eventually I was disconnected from the call. Booking was made through Travelocity, and they were also unsuccessful in contacting anyone at the hotel who could help. It is unlikely I will ever book a stay at Hampton Inn, due to this disappointing service.

Quality is Crap.
Their cable went out for three days over Thanksgiving. They blamed it on an outage, but other places had cable in the same area. We had to call three times to get someone to change the burned-out light bulb in the bathroom. The breakfast was below average: oatmeal was runny, omelets were rubbery, and bananas were 6 days overripe. Coffee was not refilled promptly - people waited all hours of the day. The tile in the bathroom had big chunks of grout missing. The carpet was filthy. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

This inn should not be operating as such. It certainly is not up to even modest standards for a Hampton Inn and I feel that the parent company would be appalled by the conditions. We are not picky about where we stay but this is likely the worst place we have ever stayed at. It had dirty caulking all around the shower and broken tiles everywhere. It was a gross bathroom and the fact we paid $250 cdn for one night at this place is embarrassing.
