My review is based on the lack of service I received. I booked a one night stay, but was unable to travel and reached out to change the date of the stay. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone who could help. I made multiple phone calls and I was transferred from one person to another, until eventually I was disconnected from the call. Booking was made through Travelocity, and they were also unsuccessful in contacting anyone at the hotel who could help. It is unlikely I will ever book a stay at Hampton Inn, due to this disappointing service.
