There was a billing issue that had to be resolved. The refillable supplied bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner ,etc. were empty. Tray missing to be able to make in room coffee. Other than those details the stay was wonderful.

I arrived at the hotel early so my room wasn’t ready but Celeste took my bags and said come back in an hour. I had lunch, visited the Alamo, then walked back to the hotel. Celeste said a room was ready, I got my key and went to my room. She was very helpful and a nice person to work with. Please tell her thanks.

Overpaid for a disgusting view of a trashed out, heavily graffitied building in disrepair. I elected and paid more for a Riverwalk view. I was baited and switched due to over selling of those rooms. I was traveling with my family and a young child. I had no option to contest because we needed a safe place to stay.
