Looks can be deceiving. Property looks high end, but once you get to your room the small details are apparent. The tub area is in need up keep or replacement. And the walls are paper thin. No one wants to hear the next rooms conversations.

The rooms were clean and tge front desk was professional. I booked the hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub did not work. I was truly disappointed and should have checked out. I felt that it was a waste. I'll definitely call ahead next time.

The courtyard area was very nice. We had to downgrade our room because more than an hour after check in our room was still not ready. After a long day of traveling we just needed a room. We are supposed to be getting a refund for the difference I price. I wish we could have had our courtyard balcony room.
