The ac was making a loud weird noise. The bed was worn out. Walls are to thin you can hear everything neighbor is doing.

The front desk staff ( just the one guy) wouldn't answer the phone after 9pm. The ladies were really nice and would answer if we could get more towels and blankets. The maids would pick up the towels and not leave me ones. There was still auto glass in the parking lot. We felt it was unsafe to leave our truck. We noticed there were reviews that vehicles had been vandalized and the proof was still on the ground.

We, 2 adults and 2 children (8&9) stayed for a Thursday night in in King suite with a sofa bed. The room, lobby, and cafe area was clean. We didn't need assistance but the staff was polite. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. It was too cold for the pool but the area was well kept.
