The room was a nice size and the beds are comfy. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I also liked the decor of the hotel and the staff was very friendly.

The decorative trees in the sidewalk were unsafe. They have grates around them with a deep gap all around the tree. I fell in the gap and had to grab on to the tree as I was falling down. Instead of the valets coming to my aid they laughed. Someone walking by came running and helped me up. Very unprofessional by far. Then when taking a shower the water did not drain well at all. I unscrewed the stopper and there was enough hair in there which was the size of a small rat. Very unacceptable. It hadn't been looked at for quite some time. I did take a picture and show the manager she was very apologetic. I also told her what happened with my fall as well. I was badly bruised in multiple places. Luckily I did not break anything. The mattresses really could use an upgrade. I could feel the springs in the mattress. This is a shared property so there are two separate breakfast spots. The other hotel name had way more options for breakfast which was very surprising. If I was going to stay on the Riverwalk again I would stay closer to the many restaurants and the Riverwalk Mall as our Hotel was quite a walk from where the action was.

A really great hotel with a really great view!! A really great hotel with a really great view. The only drawback is you have to give a $50 deposit PER NIGHT… which is wiiildly inconvenient when you’re on a budget and staying for 3 nights. My only complaint!

This hotel was clean and an easy walk to the riverwalk. Anthony at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good for being free. Would definitely stay there again! Only complaint is you can hear the garbage being picked up early in the morning if you stay on the street side which can be loud.

I don't want to give a review about the property . I want to review expedia. The hotel did not have my reservation, but knew that I had booked thru expedia, so they found me a room. I paid extra for a balcony room, alas that was not available, supposely I got my refund, will have to check. There needs to be a more concise way for expedia to verify rooms when booking thru them. Almost was a fiasco.

Really a good place to stay if you want to walk around everywhere in downtown San Antonio. River walk, alamo, shopping, eating...all easily walkable. I felt safe with my family and enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is I reserved a two bed suite. When I checked in they had overbooked and for one night I had to stay in a one bed suite. With the number in my group that was not the best, but they did give me a new room for the remainder of my visit. The clerk said he would ask about a discount on valet parking or my room cost for the overbooking, but I never heard anymore about it. That is really my only complaint...if you want to stay in downtown San Antonio, I would stay here again.

1st we reserved a room with 2 queen beds got a room with 1 queen bed (we were there 5 nights, nor were they willing to move us on another night, then our tv stopped working and it took Maintenace 1/1/2 hours to show up, after making another phone call she finally showed up 30 mins later and didn't speak a lick of English, she left the room and tv still not fixed, they never asked how resolve the issue. They don't care! My husband ended up fixing the tv (he is in Maintenace at Alcoa, so we fixed our on tv) Then Valet was so damn slow at retrieving your car even when it wasn't busy. Would never ever stay with them again.

The hotel itself was very clean and breakfast offered in the morning was fantastic. We were supposed to have a room overlooking River Walk but instead got to look at the street… The area around the hotel itself is very sketchy and under construction. Parking was very difficult and only pay to park and valet was delayed in the morning so give yourself extra time. The worst part was 3 of the 5 nights we stayed I was woken up at 4am by garbage trucks emptying the dumpsters!
