My family and I enjoyed our 4night stay here. The hotel was very clean house keeping was great. They keep our bathroom stocked with clean towels and wash cloths especially since my son and his cousin were here for football. I would like to especially thank the receptionist Anthony for helping my family during check after having a ruff time at the air port he made our checking so smooth and pleasurable so that my family could get the rest we desperately needed. Thank you Anthony We cant wait to visit again!!

This hotel is excellent in almost every way. It was clean and well decorated. The pool looks beautiful and the river view from our room was so peaceful and pretty. The only thing not excellent about our room was that the bathroom barn door refused to stay closed and the toilet lid was not attached. The hotel staff offered to fix the toilet lid for us but we figured it could wait until we checked out. The breakfast looked very good, it would’ve been great to have more gluten free options tho (ie: gluten free cereals, Turkey sausage, other yogurt varieties). It would also be great if a plant based milk was offered for the coffee and cereals.

Great Hilton option downtown right in the Riverwalk. Very convenient to Alamo, Narkrt Square and La Villita. Some double queen rooms are very spacious. Adequate breakfast in large dining space with accessible coffee station. Excellent food and coffee options near hotel. Great value.

Great location. Easy access to River Walk. CONS: 1. The internet never connected. Did not get any help from desk person who said, it happened to her all the time. Need to secure a more reliable internet service 2. Did not offer Free Parking.

Great place, disappointing internet service

Great place, disappointing internet service It was almost impossible to log on to the internet. I just could not log on from my computer and my cell phone. After trying for more than one hour in my room, I went to the front desk to ask for help. The lady at the counter told me I had to keep on trying until I got connected. I told her I had been trying for more than an hour. She said it happened to her too. This is totally unacceptable. Home2Hilton needs to make sure they can provide reliable internet service to their guests. Not being able to connect to the internet was a total disappointment.
