The entertainment is nice but it’s so loud. The hotel has an open center and the mariachi band just echoed so loud up to my floor and very late at night. My room had no heat for two days and it wasn’t until the third day did it get fixed but then I couldn’t shut off the heat and it was too hot.

The staff doesn’t tell you that they create a new reservation and charge you twice which is what happened to us and now the hotel is arguing with the bank on the credit even though when we checked in no one mentioned we had a previous reservation. So they are going down hill on service and moral and ethics I guess they are hurting for money rather than having loyal customers returning. I will never stay here again!

The hotel is fantastic. Great location and Natasha front desk service was fabulous. Very clean with room of the river walk views and easy access to all the Alamo attractions. Will come back!

Unsafe bath tub
I was very disappointed with the safety of the bath tub and thus I did not take a shower and that is an essential part of my day. It is a deep tub and NO grab bars for safety. The only thing one can hang on to is a single water "handle". Shame on you for having a luxury hotel that is not safe for the visitors. I should get a discount for not using the towels!

Wonderful. The coffee maker was not working in the room. Came down to the restaurant to ask for coffee, and other costumer got free cup of coffee but I got charge for it. It was charge to my room
