Loved the property. Super convenient from downtown shopping and restaurants. Only thing is the major road construction going on around the hotel but not detrimental. Would def book again.

Convenient location close to downtown, nice breakfast, i like it's right accross the HEB store. Our bedroom is clean, comfortable double bed , though i noticed a baby roach in our bathroom. Nice breakfast my son loves the waffle. Parking is free! Staff are very nice! Overall it's very good!

Great Location
Hotel was so clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was so good. employees were so nice. the only issue is the speed of elevators...SO SLOW, we had to wait more than 5 min and ends using the stairs. Across the street is a HEB groceries store...super convenient. very close to river walk.

My family and i we when to San Antonio and we decide to stay in this hotel we like this property the only thing we got very upset the next day went the cleaning lady told us the we have to leave the room at 10am when in the lobby told us the check out is at 12pm and the cleaning lady got upset that's the only issue we had .

At your own risk…
The rooms are spacious but the beds are not Queen beds. I did not notice it was promoted as “double beds” and not double queens. Not suitable for people with a little more meat on them to share a bed. Roaches and wasps were in our room. Killed the insects for the safety of my children. Found them by the beds and in bathroom. Did not rest well worried about more crawling on my kids Make sure to place the placard the front desk gives you for parking on your vehicle’s dashboard. You may get surprised by a big red note on your windshield or car towed.
