The Ac unit wasnt working properly in our room. When i asked what could be done the attendant said nothing. We were uncomfortable waking up dripping sweat. There was no way to open window etc obviously. Making it even more humid. We had lay our towels down on the bed during the night to avoid laying in the sweaty spots.

Very clean! Rooms were clean and in nice condition. Used the hot tub and it worked well and was very clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Overall great stay and value.

Front desk had trouble finding my reservation. The 2nd day of stay room was not service since they still follow Covid rules and some of the gym equipment needs service, 1 of the station bikes and the elliptical make on the left as you walk in

The room smelled of mold and mildew , they dont have early check in, i got off my plane at 530 am got my rental car and headed to the hotel at 845 am. Asked if there was an earlier check in option they said no. The hotel said i would have to pay for a full day if i checked in at 11 am which would have been 130.00 plus an additional 100 for security deposit whereas the other Laquinta down the street would have let me do early check in at 11 am. I had to wait till 2pm to check in was so tired i slept in the parking lot in my rental

The only bath products supplied in the room were shampoo and soap. No conditioner. No moisturizer. When I asked if they could provide a razer at the desk I was told they don't offer them gratis. However, the front desk personal were very helpful in other ways.
