Definitely 3* at maximum.
I rented 2 rooms... the bathroom in both rooms was not not so clean. The shower floor was gray. So it was cleaned from the previous person but it needed some chemicals to get it well cleaned and maintained. Also a good clean on the shower head and Around the soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Front desk staff and housekeepers were excellent. Everything about our stay here was just right. We’ve never felt like that about any other hotel we’ve stayed at. Next time we visit San Antonio we’ll stay here for sure. 10 stars out of 5!

Do not stay here…or if you do keep a watch out for the charges they charge you for incidentals. They robbed me of $143, twice. Once when I stayed there and then about a month later when I didn’t even stay there. THIEVES!!

It was nice, no major complaints. There some areas of the ceiling in the bathrooms that had been torn up- not sure why. It also looked like they were in the middle of renovations so maybe that’s part of it. Overall, it was nice. Clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
